My friends say that I always find the best events around LA, so I thought I should share them with you. Here is how I find them. I usually Google 'fitness events in LA', check out local fitness stores like Athleta and Lululemon, find event son Instagram, use Yelp (do a location search or use keywords), Time Out LA, Eventbrite, Facebook (search for fitness events), check out the special offers at your local gym, they usually have free day or weekly passes: Crunch, LA Fitness, Gold’s Gym, 24hour fitness and so on.
Also, I did a post on the rules you can follow to make the most of your workout, go check it out.
